KLW Plastics, Inc. is a leading manufacturer of 3.5 gallon thru 7.0 gallon tighthead plastic containers. KLW was founded by KODA and its extended management team to provide improved packaging options in the chemicals industry and beyond.With industry experienced manufacturing, quality control and sales personnel, KLW Plastics is a new supplier with vast industry experience. KLW Plastics is located in Monroe, Ohio (a suburb of Cincinnati) in a new 40,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. From this location they can competitively ship containers throughout the United States and Canada.
KLW Plastics utilizes leading edge technology in their manufacturing process to produce what we feel is the most consistent and reliable container in the market. With over 300 points of programming, they can control the resin distribution in their containers to produce flat panels and consistent neck finishes.
It is the goal of KLW Plastics to partner themselves with their customers to help with any packaging related issues including DOT regulations, new product development and filling automation to name just a few. KLW Plastics will design and produce custom molds for their customers, handling everything from start to finish giving their customers a turn key custom package.
