The KODA Specialty Products Group consists of ProAir, LLC in Elkhart, IN and KLW Plastics, Inc. in Monroe, OH. These companies share one thing in common, a commitment to niche markets that they can defend with higher than average margins. By design, there is very little else in common in terms of markets, customers or geography.

Each company has an independent operating team who, with KODA's direction, develops a detailed operating plan as well as a multi year strategic plan appropriate for the challenges and opportunities in each company. All of the management teams are seasoned, experienced professionals whose commitment to excellence shows in the results their companies have achieved.
