Prior to KODA, Paul Hayre was President of Vmeals Boston, a firm providing outsourced food services to small and mid-sized companies. Prior to Vmeals, he was a strategic advisor for four years, independently and with The Parthenon Group, and before that, an information technology and business reengineering consultant for Accenture for six years.

Mr. Hayre is Vice President and serves on the Board of Directors and various committees of both the Cornell Club of Boston and the HBS Alumni Association, as well as on the Editorial Board of the Park Parent, a publication of the Park School, a day-school for grades N-9 in Brookline, MA.

Mr. Hayre received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University in 1991 and an MBA from Harvard University in 1999.
