ProAir Announces Dennis Mitchell Has Rejoined Company

ELKHART, Indiana. - ProAir, LLC, a holding of KODA Enterprises Group, today announced that Dennis Mitchell, co-founder of ProAir, has returned to the company full time as President, directing all company activities. Mitchell replaces Jerry Mishler who has resigned from the company.
Mitchell co-founded ProAir in 1978 and was a key visionary for driving the company's success. Under his direction as President, the company became a market leader in climate control systems for the specialty vehicle industry.
