Mr. Robert Spadoni has been appointed President and CEO of Dallas based Ribelin Sales. Mr. Spadoni will also assume the duties of President and CEO of KODA Distribution Group, one of the largest specialty chemical distributors in the country, consisting of Monson Companies, based in Leominster, MA, GMZ, based in Cincinnati, OH, and recently Ribelin Sales.

Mr. Spadoni started his 30 year business career in industrial sales in 1976. For the last 10 years, Mr. Spadoni worked with value-add distributors in the specialty chemicals industry. His most recent assignment was Vice President & General Manager for Engelhard/BASF Performance Minerals Business in Iselin, NJ. "We intentionally sought a leader for our companies who has a proven track record in all aspects of the specialty chemicals business" said James Peden, Managing Director of KODA Distribution Group. "We pursued a seasoned leader with experience in the supply side of the business who would understand the significance of the value-added distribution function, and we feel very fortunate that someone of Bob's stature has agreed to join us," Peden added.

Mr. Spadoni will assume his new responsibilities on January 17, 2007.
